EXPLORING THE FARM

  • Swimming is permitted but children must be supervised at all times. Visibility is limited underwater. The river has a rocky bottom so wet shoes would be advisable to pack. The river can get a 'fresh' and objects like logs can move and be present under the water without visibility.

Access to kayaks and fishing lines are available on request - additional charges will apply.

Campfire is permitted only in designated area where fire pit is located. Firewood will be provided - no trees or fauna are to be disturbed for firewood. Also be aware that at certain times of the year there may be total fire bans.

TRAVELLING WITH PETS

  • Pets are welcome at Bridge Moore Lodge. If you're travelling with pets, we must be advised prior to arrival on your booking confirmation. Costs apply to each pet to maintain our lodges.

Pets may be permitted inside, but not in bedrooms.

We have a number of free-range animals, and it is unacceptable to have pets off a leash at any time unless your pet is in the vicinity of the lodge. When at the farm, all pets must be kept on a lead and owners must pick up after them. Pets must not be left unattended at the farm at any time.

Cane toads can be encountered on the farm (mainly active at nighttime) and can cause dogs to get severely sick from ingesting them.

Irresponsible owners will be asked to leave Bridge Moore Lodge.
